1. Accomplished and signed ONLINE VISA APPLICATION FORM
2. A police clearance may be required later by the Philippine Embassy
3. Proof of financial capability e.g. bank solvency.
4. Bank Statement of visa applicant, minimum balance of BDT 2 Lacs.
5. TIN certificate (english)
6. For businessmen: trade license (English translation and notarized)
7. For employees: NOC, for students: letter from school/university along with ID card.
8. Two copies of 2″x2″ recent photographs (white background).
9. Invitation letter from sponsor. must be notarized if personal invitation. (With the sponsor’s passport copy and ID card, Send a copy to Philippines Embassy and also from Philippines).
10. Tour itinerary.
11. Travel itinerary (reservation).
12. Hotel booking/ accommodation.
13. Forwarding letter towards visa officer.
14. Passport valid for not less than Nine (9) months after sojourn in the Philippines.
15. Passport (both photocopy & Original).
16. National ID.
17. At least travel to one ASEAN country. e.g. Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand etc.

• Tourist visa

1. A valid passport (with a six-months validity on the date of the application)
2. Passport biodata page photocopies (3 copy)
3. 3 copies color photographs (2×2 size-matte paper)
4. Marriage certificate & Nikkah Nama (if a married couple is travelling together) (Attested by a Notary Public)
5. National ID card or birth certificate photocopy (ID mandatory)
6. Airline ticket reservation
7. Hotel reservation
8. Original bank statement up to date (covers the transactions of the last three months)
9. Original Bank Solvency

Submission of the following documents could help support the application:

1. Covering Letter / Request Letter / Forwarding Letter.
2. Trade license attested by a Notary Public (For Businessman)
3. Income tax return / TIN (Attested by a Notary Public)
4. NOC + Visiting Card + Official ID (Only for employer)
5. Membership + Incorporation + Export + Import Certificate Attested by a Notary Public (Only For Businessman)
6. Travel insurance (must be done from the turkish visa application centre)

• Tourist visa

1. visa application, dated and signed by the applicant.
2. Two recent photos, Size 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm, with White background, taken within last 6 months.
3. Original Passport,(valid for six months beyond the period of your intended stay in Egypt, with at least two blank pages mention “visa” to affix the visa sticker)
4. One Passport photocopy.
5. Original old passports (If applicable).
6. Proof of residence in Bangladesh.
7. Original Bank statement for the last SIX months sealed and signed by the bank.
8. Proof of Employment (Original certificate from the employer-indicating applicant’s full name, designation, date of joining, sealed and signed by the Ernployer).
9. Round-trip flight booking.
10. Hotel reservation.

For Official Visit and Diplomatic Passport, a Note Verbale from the concerned authority is required.

Please note that incase of missing any of the abovementioned documents, the application will be declined.

Due to security concerns and space limitations, Applicants themselves must come prepared to interview without in-person assistance
